DHA has retired the previous Travax CAC authentication site. If the new version is not working for you and you would like to continue logging in with your CAC please reach out to the NSOC ENS Team for support.

Go to https://gsc.health.mil and select “Submit a Case”. Report that you are unable to use your CAC to access https://www.travax.com. In the notes, enter “Assign to NSOC ENS Team”.
