If the credentials cannot be determined, e-mail service@shoreland.com to request they be re-sent to your administrator. Specify your organization name, address, administrative contact name, and username (if known) in the request. You may also call +1-414-290-1900 ext. 3 during Shoreland's business hours (weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time).

Shoreland has begun a limited trial introduction of personal user accounts. Most Travax users still access Travax with credentials that Shoreland supplies and manages, not with a personal e-mail address. If you have any question about the type of credentials you have, follow the directions in the first paragraph above for password help.
